Last night, former detective Jack Powers was arrested after a large amount of Methamphetamine was found in his vehicle. Commander Hart confirmed today that a “significant quantity of meth in his vehicle” led to his arrest, however, he still made an appearance at today’s graduation ceremony for the BCSO at Paleto Bay Sherriff’s Office (as seen pictured, flagging this reporter during our exclusive camera coverage). We here at Weazel News Presents Dickfeed were made aware that the former detective’s discharge from the LSPD some months ago was due to his reluctance to engage in “sensitivity training” – a red flag if we have ever seen one. Since joining the Los Santos Parks and Recreation team, local opinion is that Mr Powers has had what would be described as a “glow down” in the Urban Dictionary – this reporter refuses to comment.
The official prison sentencing and/or charge for Jack Powers is unknown, but this has certainly burnt any bridges that may have remained between a disgraced former detective and his ex-co-workers at the LSPD.
