The streets of Los Santos may soon be a little louder from the sound of motorcycle engines, as Weazel News has been informed of the impending release of several members of a terrorist motorcycle club.
Members of The Lost MC are due to be granted an unprecedented early release from Bolingbroke Penitentiary on Friday 26th of January. This move comes after an order by Judge Morgan, advising the Lost will be given a court-mandated opportunity to ‘clean up their past mistakes’. Weazel News have yet to establish the exact nature of this order and its terms.
The Lost MC spent the better part of a year terrorizing the streets of San Andreas, with repeated run ins with police and civil government. Incidents include the taking hostage of high-profile political figures, threats [&] direct action against the former LSPD Headquarters on Mission Row, and a slew of violent robberies that claimed dozens of lives. Some months ago, the outfit were formally arrested after an LSPD raid on their clubhouse on the outskirts of Harmony, Blaine County.
The group and its members maintained several public facing organisations in their time, such as Yellowjack’s Bar in Sandy Shores and the still-operational King’s Auto Shop. They were also responsible for several charitable and social events throughout San Andreas. To say these are at odds with their more infamous endeavours would be an understatement – this journalist struggles to marry the thought of a replacement carburetor with the violent murder of a police officer.
At this time, the public can only wonder which Lost MC will walk out of Bolingbroke, and hope that City Hall, LSPD and BCSO are confident not only in the decision being made but their ability to deal with any fallout that could come from being mistaken. While arguably the most violent felons the state has ever known walk free to fix their mistakes, San Andreas holds its breath praying that the violence they once brought will not return.
